Allegri frustrated by Milan mistakes

AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri wants his team to cut down on errors following their 2-2 draw with Napoli on Saturday.
Visitors Milan trailed 2-0 in the match at the Stadio San Paolo after conceding goals to Gokhan Inler and Lorenzo Insigne.
Stephan El Shaarawy pulled one back with a minute remaining in the first half, and the livewire forward netted again to level the scores with seven minutes remaining in the match.
"In the second half we suffered a couple of situations that could've been avoided and were down to our errors, which is when Napoli could've finished us off," Allegri said.
"We have to grow up, as we still make far too many mistakes on an individual level. This is a team that must mature and learn from the errors as well as its position in the table."
Despite his disappointment with their concentration levels, Allegri praised his players for dealing with the threat of Napoli's star striker Edinson Cavani.
"Today the centre-backs did well to close down Edinson Cavani's diagonal runs and I think we had a good game in defence overall," he said.
"We ran a few too many risks on some occasions, but we also created a lot of chances towards the end. With Mbaye Niang and Antonio Nocerino being a little sharper, we could even have won it.
"The point is deserved considering the way we played and the intensity on the field."
Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri cut a frustrated figure after watching his players give up a comfortable lead in front of their own fans.
"When a team takes the lead and doesn't finish off the game by wasting chances like that, then against a side like Milan you're inevitably going to end up with a draw," he said.
"We need to improve and work on these aspects of the sport. We could've also done better on the counter-attack, but instead we threw away two points."
