After being rocked to sleep to tales of the Brazil '70 team, Juan lives for the Beautiful Game. Living in Miami for most of his life and a few years in Buenos Aires taught him what World Cup passion is all about. For the past ten years, Juan has been involved with the "beautiful game" at different levels ranging from print media all the way to television.

Juan was part of the South American page at Goal.com for four years where he covered and wrote about the domestic leagues and Copa Libertadores. Juan also wrote for La Liga Talk and Serie A Talk for two years. He currently is a play-by-play announcer in the United States over at Gol TV where he covers many South American and European leagues.
