ENOUGH IS ENOUGH: Time for McDermott to go + radical change....

Yes, it's been a tough year, there has been off the field uncertainty, dodgy owners, GFH acting like buffoons, the Cellino fiasco, BUT and there is a BIG BUT: McDermott has been here a year and the team are worse than under Warnock!

McDermott was backed in the transfer market.
He got the money to bring in his two wingers, and brought in dogshit.
He got the money to bring in a top quality keeper & centre forward.
His team over achieved to get to 5th just before Xmas.
He has been responsible for one wind assisted win and a fluky victory against Millwall this calendar year..
His team, with all the pieces of the jigsaw in place looked like a real Leeds team for 40 minutes against QPR.

His team played with no passion, heart or pride in the shirt AGAIN tonight after the debacles that were Rochdale, Wednesday, Bolton, Reading, Doncaster & tonight against Charlton.

It looks like the dressing room has been lost, as witnessed by lapdancegate and stropgate resulting in the mysterious injuries/disappearances /demotions of Warnock, Kebe, Peltier, Stewart, Diouf & Kenny.

McDermott is as nice fella who has retained his dignity throughout the circus, he has totally failed on the pitch. He has to go now, Redders & Richard Naylor could hold the reigns and blood some of the kids between now and the end of the season.

Conspiracy theorists would have us believe GFH were ready to put the club in administration tomorrow before Thursday's deadline had we won tonight, therefore securing enough points to survive this season after a 10 point deduction.

Whatever happens a radical change is needed, we pray for a seriously funded, experienced and passionate owner to lead us forward, ideally Cellino who proved his passion in the infamous call the other night. They will need a proper vision and very deep pockets to bring in a Premiership quality manager to build a new squad around McCormack, Pearce & Byram plus possibly Smith, Murphy, Mowatt & Dawson.

Leeds United is blessed with world class fans, Premiership crowds, a global brand and a rich tradition.

Leeds United is cursed by years of neglect, greedy and incompetent owners.

Leeds United deserves better. Hopefully Cellino will win his appeal and sort us out.
