Time to go McDermott, not good enough!

McDermott out, enough is enough, he thinks the shape was good, we were resilient and the boys did well today, he is deluded and has got to go.

Leeds United is a massive club with unbelievable support, Massimo Cellino must have watched today in disbelief at the lack of quality, cohesion, passion, organisation and ability on show. Today was laughable and typical of most of this season bar the second half against Huddersfield.

This in McDermott's squad now, he had a full pre season and ample opportunity to get his ideas across and build his team.

He is supposed to have an eye for a player, he brought in Murphy who is yet to live up to his price tag, Wootton ditto, Stewart who looks like a scared boy, Kebe who is devoid of bottle, confidence and appears not to give a #$%!, Hunt who runs around a lot with no end product, Žaliūkas who flattered to deceive, alegedly is a #$%! artist and turned from an assured performer into dog #$%! and Ariyibi who hasn't featured much. What does that say?

Formations keep changing, the players appear confused and for me the last straw today was watching our best player, Ross McCormack pushed wide while Hunt ploughed on ineffectively through the middle.

McDermott is a nice fella but this club needs more, much more, we need a charismatic leader with the ability to recognise what is wrong and put it right.

The current squad features 3 players of genuine quality at this level; McCormack, Byram & Butland.

There is a massive job to do Mr. Cellino, I hope you have the balls & cash to do it.
