Ed Wyatt has worked in the Australian sports media since 2000 and has covered the National Soccer League and the A-League on television and radio, as well as in print.

Ed spent three years as the Melbourne Sports Bureau Chief for SBS-TV’s Toyota World Sports show, created and co-hosted the EPL on SEN radio show on 1116 SEN and did play-by-play of Melbourne Victory and Melbourne Heart games on digital radio.

He also hosted the live telecast of the Super Bowl on Australian television for nine years.

Ed currently contributes to ABC Grandstand Digital’s Top of the League football program and writes about the A-League and other sports for BackPageLead.com.au.

Prior to moving to Australia, Ed helped launch the Fox Sports World network (now Fox Soccer) in Los Angeles. Ed was also an Emmy award-winning writer for the Seattle-based sketch comedy show Almost Live!

Ed grew up in Vancouver, Washington and was a diehard fan of the Portland Timbers in the old NASL. He is a graduate of Stanford University.
