Colin Kaepernick has taken the NFL by storm ever since he took over as the starter for the San Francisco 49ers midseason last year. Playing in the California market for one of the NFL's most historic franchises, Kaepernick is set to rake in money.
Between his No. 1 selling jersey, signature pose and endorsements from the likes of Nike, McDonalds, Jaguar, MusclePharm and MoGo sport, it's easy to see how he is quickly becoming a household name.
According to Forbes, Kaepernick and his team of advisors have even begun trademarking his various nicknames. It's no secret the 25-year-old wants to build his brand, and with a nice contract two years away, he will look to add as many endorsements as possible now.
Like Wilson, Kaepernick also is looking to lead a potential dynasty in San Francisco, and has the tools to stick around in the league for a very long time.
