William Joseph was selected 25th overall by the Giants in 2003 out of the University of Miami who, at the time, were producing NFL stars by the boatload. Joseph seemed like a safe bet at the defensive tackle position, however, it wasn't meant to be. Joseph totaled only seven sacks in his four seasons with New York, and never really lived up to the potential of a first-round selection. He has been out of the league since 2009.
