In the following slides we'll take a look at some of the teams around the league that are in, or about to enter, a transition. Whether it's age, overhauling an offense, a defense or even just one position, they're all changing in some way.

Obviously, from season to season, every team is in some sort of a transition. The same 53 men aren't on the same teams every season — that's just not how it works.

I've left out some teams: The Jaguars, Browns and Raiders, for example, are perennially in transition. Some like the Browns seem to be close to getting out of the hole they're in, while the Raiders seem to just keep digging themselves deeper. Either way, they didn't make the cut, so let's take a look at those that did.
