Wilder appeared in the early Football.com 2014 draft rankings as the No. 6 running back prospect. He could rise much higher with a good season for Florida State.

Much like Smith from Syracuse, Wilder is a powerful back, though Wilder has a bit more big-play potential than Smith. Wilder loves to deliver contact and when combined with backfield-mate Davonte Holloman, he is able to minimize damage on his body.
