Stefon Diggs was one of the bright spots for Maryland last season and all signs point to him being that again. Diggs caught eight passes for 159 yards and a touchdown in Maryland's spring game.

Diggs has come back this year wanting to improve, and his work ethic is something that separates him for some other star players. Diggs has also turned into a leader among the Terrapins, and the team appointed him to its leadership council.

Head coach Randy Edsall said it's evident Diggs wants to be better than he was last season, and that could be scary for the opposition. Diggs racked up almost 2,000 all-purpose yards last season. He will have a legitimate quarterback to throw him the ball this season. These things combined with his showing this spring make him a player to watch.
