During the 2013 NFL Draft, only two Big Ten linebackers were selected. It was fitting that both players came from Linebacker U, Penn State.

The Big Ten has had a long history of producing quality NFL linebackers. Looking ahead to the 2014 draft, the Big Ten should have a larger talent pool to choose from. This corps of draftable players may be the deepest position group in the Big Ten, as well as one of the best in the country.
