Anthony Hitchens led the Big Ten in tackles last season (124 total tackles). Recruited as a safety, Hitchens (6-1, 233) has bulked up and learned the position on the fly.  In his first year starting, Hitchens averaged 11.2 tackles per game, and he had monster game  in an upset at Michigan State where he recorded 15 stops.

Hitchens has the speed NFL teams covet and should he continue his development, Hitchens will find his name called in the middle rounds in 2014.
