The Jets have been in desperate need of help at right tackle for two years and did not address the need tonight, at least it doesn't appear they did. Winters played guard in college but is projected to play tackle in the NFL. However, to the dismay of Jets fans, he might be a serious project.

Winters lacks great foot speed and often is overpowered at the point of attack. Although he has a NFL-ready body, his strength might be lacking. It could be a long road for Jets fans and their new quarterback, Geno Smith.
