Tennessee has offered tight end Kyle Oliver.

Oliver is an upcoming senior, class of 2015, out of Oakland High School in Murfeesboro, Tenn.

Butch Jones likes tight ends, after taking Daniel Helm and Ethan Wolf in February — and Butch Jones is a coach Oliver likes on and off the field.

"He's just a great guy," Oliver told me today. "He's real cool, he has his priorities right and is a good person."

Oliver stands at 6'5, 230 lbs. and is not afraid to lineup on the outside — in fact he primarily lines up on the outside.

"I really do like to catch balls, but blocking comes easy to me," Oliver said.

Other schools that have offered Oliver recently are Purdue, Duke and UAB. Oliver plans to make upcoming camp visits at Alabama and Ohio State.
