George Selvie, DE
Selvie could end up being the steal signing of training camp. He’s got some power to his pass rush, and his outside-in move to sack Cardinals QB Drew Stanton amply illustrated his agility. Consistency seems to be the biggest question; Selvie had a relatively quiet night beyond that play and was a non-factor in the previous game against Oakland. One more good game should be enough to get him in.
David Arkin, OG
Despite giving up a sack, overall, Arkin looked OK with the first team. With Nate Livings and Ronald Leary both recovering from knee surgeries and in question for Week 1, he’ll have ample opportunities to prove himself. If Dallas ends up taking a tenth offensive lineman and fails to land a marquee newcomer, it’ll likely be Arkin or Demetress Bell who gets the nod — at least based on the Cardinals game.
I think they'll take 2 QB,4 RB, 5 WR, and 4 TE, Tanney has nice potential, just not enough room.
