Austin is arguably the most dynamic player in the entire 2013 draft. Although only 5-8, he more than atones for that with his speed and quickness. Austin ran an official 4.34 second 40-yard dash and a 4.01 second short shuttle at the combine. With these times show Austin can outrun defenders, he can outwork them as well. Austin shows extreme toughness for a player of his stature, allowing him to play as a slot receiver, outside receiver, third-down back and kick/punt returner.

There are few players in the NFL that are so versatile, but Percy Harvin is one of them. Harvin recently moved from the Vikings to the Seahawks and should make an immediate impact in Seattle with his speed, quickness and vision. Harvin is extremely dangerous in the open field and is a threat to score on any play. Harvin can line up inside or outside at receiver, at running back and as a returner.
