Pryor is a big, imposing safety who is never afraid to bring his pads and deliver a big hit. The 6-2, 208-pounder has solidfied the Louisville defense ever since he earned the starting job in 2011. He rarely gives up the big play and does a great job defending the deep-third of the field. He is also one of the best safeties in the country at filling in the run game. Pryor does a good job diagnosing the play and is a big hitter.

Pryor can sometimes find himself trying too hard to make the big play on underneath routes, leaving him susceptible to overrunning pass plays. He also struggles at being a bit too aggressive when he has to play at the line of scrimmage in the passing game.
