Exit Reggie Bush. Enter Lamar Miller? The Dolphins have a hole to fill in their backfield after seeing fantasy football’s 14th-highest scoring running back leave for greener (that’s definitely not the right word) pastures in Detroit. Daniel Thomas was always assumed to be the heir apparent to Bush, but you’ll find his picture in the dictionary when you look up antonyms of the word “good," so Lamar Miller is primed to step into Bush’s shoes in Miami. Miller has struggled with pass protection, however, and the addition of Mike Gillislee (formerly of the University of Florida) via the draft should do wonders to make this situation nice and confusing. Miller is the back to own here, but I’ve seen him going as high as the third and fourth round of mock drafts recently, and I think owners that take the plunge that early might find themselves cursing Gillislee by the end of the 2013 season.
