On The Clock: 49ers

The 49ers don't have a ton of holes to fill, but a cornerback like Ohio State's Bradley Roby would make a lot of sense. Stadium in Columbus, Ohio. Ohio State won 63-38. Photo by: Tom Cammett/Diamond Images/Getty Images.

What do you get for the team that has everything?

More of the same, apparently.

San Francisco, which already owns one of the deepest rosters in the NFL, has six of the top 100 picks in what is probably the deepest draft in recent memory. The 49ers have more ways to fill holes than holes to fill, and they're in the unique position of having perhaps too many good picks. They may wind up packaging some to move up to snag a player they are particularly fond of or perhaps trading some, either to move down in the draft or stockpile picks for next year.

Either way, San Francisco stands to come out of the 2014 NFL Draft stronger than ever.
