As we count down to the 2014 NFL Draft, we will put all 32 teams On The Clock and identify the three biggest questions each one faces going into the draft. Next up: Giants, April 6th.

The Dallas Cowboys need a good draft more than any other team in the league.

With their roster already stripped down due to a poorly constructed salary, the worst defense in the league lost its two best players in free agency, DeMarcus Ware and Jason Hatcher. They also might see Anthony Spencer sign with a different team once he can prove he is healthy. The losses of Ware and Hatcher add another hole to the defense that was already struggling with its personnel in the secondary, as well as outside linebacker.

It is imperative for the Cowboys to find multiple defensive starters in this draft in order to compete in a relatively weak division. With their solid offense, Dallas could win the NFC East if they can correct their defense. The Cowboys are on the clock.
