Oregon’s success on the football field the last eight years has helped raise not only the awareness of the program among fans and recruits, but also NFL personnel.

The Ducks will send six to this weekend’s NFL Combine in Indianapolis — well, five and a friend — call it the Colt Lyerla conundrum. For this piece we’ll consider Lyerla a Duck and go from there.

This year’s group may be one of the deepest and most talented of the last few years. However, none are without flaws, according to NFL scouting types, but each of these playmakers has the ability to make an NFL roster come fall season.

They are Taylor Hart (DL), Josh Huff (WR), De’Anthony Thomas (WR), Terrance Mitchell (CB), Boseko Lokombo (OLB) and Colt Lyerla (TE).

Here’s a look at each player and a brief synopsis of strengths, weaknesses and what they’ll need to do to improve their draft stock this weekend:
