The new season is just days away, and massive deals are being completed everyday.

Players like Fernandinho, Soldado and Paulinho have already arrived, and there is still plenty of time for deals to be completed.

With all these new arrivals, how is the Premier League shaping up this year?

Arsenal

With only one summer signing to date, things are shaping up bleakly for the new season. In the Emirates Cup, pre season competition, Arsenal drew against Napoli and lost against Galatasary. Arsene Wenger however has still not dipped into his fund, although selling Gervinho and release lots of dead wood.

Aston Villa

The Premier League is looking great for Aston Villa this season. Christian Benteke signed a new contract, although there were rumours that he'd leave this summer. Also Lowton and Clarke penned down new deals. In pre-season they knocked in a good 2-0 result against Shamrock Rovers.

Cardiff

Premier League new boys Cardiff have not been shy to enter the transfer market, with the arrival of highly rated England youngster Steven Caulker. However they lost out to Tottenham for long term target Etienne Capoue. In pre-season they won 4-3 against Forest Green Rovers. Will they be going back to the Championship next year?

Chelsea

Potential title challengers Chelsea have new manager Jose Mourinho to help them in their pursuit of the title. Despite losing 3-1 to Real Madrid in pre-season, they are still high contenders for the title. The Blues have been strongly linked with Wayne Rooney. David Luiz has been attracting a lot of attentions from Spanish giants Barcelona.

Crystal Palace

Newly promoted Crystal Palace convincingly won 4-0 against Waterford United. They have signed former West Br om winger Thomas, which shows they are ready to challenge to keep their Premier League status. Crystal Palace won the Play-offs for Premier League status last campaign.

Ever ton

With the departure of long serving manager David Mo yes, saw the arrival of ex-Wig an manager Roberto Martinez. He has already brought in Alcatraz from his old club. They lost 1-0 to Valencia in Prue-season, and it is doubtful whether they have the talent to challenge for Champions League spots next season.

Fulham

Fulham have often been discarded as a Premier League filler team, however with the arrival of Taarabt from QPR, could they challenge for Europa League places next season? They drew against Real Betis 1-1 in pre-season. Experienced player Karagounis has agreed a new deal.

Hull City 'Tigers'

They have started the new season by changing their name. Hull City Tigers where the third club promoted to the Premier League. The Tigers have been linked with a move for Nicklas Bendtner, but Graham joined on loan. Striker Sagbo also joined from Evian. Birmingham beat them 2-1 in their pre-season friendly.

Liverpool

All the media around Liverpool has been about Suarez. Will the temperamental striker agree to stay, or carry on asking to leave. They also missed out on big targets such as Henrikh Mkhitaryan who moved to Borrusia Dortmund. Despite this, they won 4-1 in their pre-season friendly against Valerenga.

Manchester City

With the arrival of Manuel Pellegrini, Man City look to win back their Premier League crown from fierce Manchester rivals United. With the arrivals of Jovetic, Negredo and Fernandinho, City look set to put up a battle against their rivals. Despite all their spending, they lost 2-1 to Manchester City in a pre-season friendly.

Manchester United

The Champions are set for a season of fighting to defend their title. Some say that new manager David Moyes is already struggling in the city with his new team. United have been strongly linked with big names like Fabregas, but have struggled to lure any big names in yet. Will they hold onto their Premier League crown?

Newcastle United

They look to improve dramatically after a disappointing last campaign, stuck down in the relegation battle. However this summer the side have been linked with interesting prospects, like the man dubbed the new Neymar. Also they have signed QPR striker Remy on loan. They play their pre-season game on Saturday against Braga.

Norwich City

After a fantastic start, Norwich struggled last season. But with the arrival of striker van Wolfswinkel, they will try and better the previous campaign. Despite this, they struggled in their pre-season match against San Jose, and lost 1-0. Can Norwich avoid relegation?

Southampton

Southampton played some great football last season, and with the arrival of Victor Wanyama, you can only think this will get even better. Young talent Luke Shaw has also signed a new deal. Southampton also play on Saturday against Real Sociedad. Are they good enough to challenge for Europe positions?

Tottenham

Signing Robert Saldado, Etienne Capoue and Paulinho have all signed for Tottenham this summer. This is a statement of intent, and they will be challenging for Champions League positions next season. Despite all of the spending, Spurs lost 5-2 to Monaco in a pre-season friendly.

Stoke City

Striker Agudelo has agreed to join the Potters. The style of play which this team has used over the past few years has been scrutinised, but with Tony Pulis gone can Mark Hughes do a better job. The red a white team won 1-0 against Wrexham in a pre-season friendly.

Sunderland

James McClean left Sunderland to join Wigan this season. However they spent wisely with the arrival of Emanuele Giaccherini from Juventus in a £6.5 million deal. They added to this with the arrival of midfielder Ba. Di Canio's team do not have any pre-season fixtures scheduled.

Swansea City

The style in which Swansea City play their football is admired from every football fan. With crisp passing came a great run of form last season, in which they won the League Cup. They have invested in striker Wilfred Bony, who scored on his debut in which the team won 4-0 against Malmo.

West Brom

West Brom also had a generally positive 2012-2013 campaign. With the departures of Allan and Fortune, came signings Lugano and Anelka. The team won 6-0 against Cork in a pre-season friendly. Do West Brom have enough quality to challenge for Europe spots?

West Ham

The last team in my list, West Ham, lost 1-0 to Braga in their pre-season friendly. The Claret and Blues were linked with new Man City signing Negredo, having a £14.5 million bid rejected. West Ham have not been very busy in the transfer window so far, will that change?

We're all ready for an exciting 2013-2014 season. Who knows what might happen?...
