Pros: Barkley is a natural leader after being a three-time captain at USC. He led a pro-style offense and makes good pre-snap reads. Before he was injured, Barkley displayed an NFL-ready arm. He also has excellent field vision.

Cons: The biggest question mark with Barkley lies in his health. He suffered multiple shoulder injuries which could affect his throwing power. Barkley also displays limited athleticism and mobility. There is also the big question if Barkley made the talent around him elite, or if the talent surrounding him made him a top quarterback?
