Rooney, Moyes set up Tuesday chat

Manchester United manager David Moyes will make a last-ditch bid to keep Wayne Rooney at the English Premier League club on Tuesday.
Moyes is set for one of the biggest days at Old Trafford in just his second official day in charge of United as he tries to avoid losing Rooney for the second time in his career.
Moyes officially begins his tenure on Monday and, according to the Daily Mail, he will sit down with Rooney on Tuesday in an attempt to keep the 27-year-old forward at the English champions.
Rooney, who has been linked with a move away from Manchester United with the likes of Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal all reportedly interested, made his senior debut under Moyes' tutelage at Everton.
Moyes made Rooney the second-youngest first-team player in Everton's history when he started the then 16-year-old in the opening game of the 2002/03 Premier League season but lost the powerful forward to United two years later.
While Moyes is keen to keep Rooney, he apparently could be persuaded to let the England international leave if it means he has more money to secure transfer targets Leighton Baines and Thiago Alcantara.
