Whether you have them finishing first or second in the MAC East, it’s clear that Bowling Green should be in the mix to win the division. This will be the last regular-season game for these teams and the Falcons could be playing for a trip to the MAC championship game.

Buffalo was ranked fourth in the MAC East in the conference preseason rankings, on the heels of Kent State in the third spot. I’m not ruling out the possibility that the Bulls could also be in the hunt for the division crown, but more likely they will be vying for a bowl bid. Buffalo LB Khalil Mack could prove to be the deciding factor in front of a Buffalo crowd in late November.
