Phil Steele is the foremost expert on college football. So, let's second-guess him, shall we?

Each year, Steele comes out with a slew of preseason goodies for the college football fan awaiting busy Saturday mornings. His latest FBS candy came in the form of bowl projections. Relatively accurate each season, Steele predicts each and every bowl matchup, down to the Beef 'O' Brady's Bowl.
