In the coming years, Conference USA expects to send many players to the NFL via the draft. One position that should see a lot of prospects selected is running back. Whether it be Trey Watts from Tulsa in 2014 or Kenneth Dixon from Lousiana Tech in a future draft (possibly 2015), C-USA has high hopes for the future.

These hopes should be met, as there is precedent for Conference USA running backs making it big in the NFL. As we preview the chances of players like Watts and Dixon, let's take a look back at the backs that have come from schools in the current Conference USA to make a name for themselves in the NFL.
