The veteran safety makes the list at No. 3. Reed signs with his hometown team, fresh off a Super Bowl win with the Baltimore Ravens.   Reed is known for his hard hitting style from one of the top defensive teams in the last decade.

Reed may not be the player he was during his early years in Baltimore, but the experience he brings to this defense will provide a great learning opportunity for a rather young defense to grow.

Reed is a nine time pro bowler and was named the NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 2004.
