Penarol defeating Nacional 3-1 has restored the fans with hope for the next season.Penarol have begun to prepare for the Clausura. Carlos Nunez, has missed various matches due to muscular discomforts and will not play the remaining matches to undergo special treatment to reduce the amount of potential injuries for the next the season. While, Juventud need any points they can get to avoid regulation.

Nacional had lost the lead in the Apertura table and "El Clasico" was going to be the match to regain it. For the match against Cerro, Arruabarrena has to make two obligated changes in the defense. Andres Scotti sprained his ankle while Pablo Alvarez has fractured his nose on Thursday.
