1985 NFL Playoffs

The New England Patriots beat the New York Jets 26-14 in the AFC wild card game. The New York Giants defeated the San Francisco 49ers 17-3 in the NFC wild card game.

In the AFC divisional round, the Miami Dolphins beat the Cleveland Browns 24-21 and the New England Patriots defeated the Los Angeles Raiders 27-20.

In the NFC divisional round, the Los Angeles Rams shut out the Dallas Cowboys 20-0 and the Chicago Bears blanked the New York Giants 21-0.

The Chicago Bears clobbered the Los Angeles Rams 24-0 in the NFC Championship Game. The New England Patriots defeated the Miami Dolphins 31-14 in the AFC Championship Game.

The Chicago Bears crushed the New England Patriots 46-10 in Super Bowl XX.
