1984 Pro Bowl

Washington Redskins quarterback Joe Theismann connected on a Pro Bowl record 21 completions to lead the NFC to a 45-3 rout of the AFC in 1984 game and the largest margin of victory ever posted by either team.

Overall Theissmann completed 21 of 27 passes for 242 yards and three touchdowns, earning him game MVP honors and perhaps alleviating some of the sting of losing the Super Bowl to the Los Angeles Raiders just a week before.

Atlanta's William Andrews caught touchdown passes of 2 and 16-yards and the Rams Eric Dickerson scored on a 14-yard scamper.
