1993 Pro Bowl

The 1993 Pro Bowl marked the first overtime in the game's history as the AFC eked out a hard fought 23-20 victory at Aloha Stadium.

Kansas City's Nick Lowery's 33-yard field goal with just over four minutes remaining in the overtime proved the difference. Lowery's heroics were set up by KC teammate Derrick Thomas' sack of Steve Young deep in AFC territory. Young's fumble on the play, recovered by Thomas, set up Lowery's kick.

Denver's Steve Tasker was named MVP with four tackles, a forced fumble and a blocked field goal attempt.
