The 1994 Pro Bowl was about defense, as the NFC held the AFC scoreless after halftime in securing a 17-3 victory at Honolulu's Aloha Stadium. Tied 3-3 at halftime, Atlanta quarterback Bobby Herbert figured prominently in both of the NFC's second half score. Herbert polished off along third quarter drive with a four-yard scoring handoff to Rams rookie Jerome Bettis. Then came back moments later to hit Falcons teammate Andre Rison on a 32-yard pass scoring play. Rison finished with six catches, good for 86 yards. The NFC dominated the ball for more than 38 minutes, forcing six interceptions on defense.
