The triple-digit scoring, back-and-forth action of the 2004 Pro Bowl was more reminiscent of a basketball pace than a gridiron one, as the NFC stormed back from a fifteen point deficit over an eight-minute span en route to a 55-45 victory at Aloha Stadium. St. Louis' Marc Bulger threw a Pro Bowl record four touchdowns, covering 152 yards, to walk with MVP honors, just eclipsing Seattle running back Shaun Alexander, who rushed for a record-tying three scores of his own. The NFC's 28-straight fourth quarter points also set a Pro Bowl record. League co-MVP Peyton Manning led the AFC with 342 yards passing on a record 22 completions.
