The Redskins have not drafted well since Daniel Snyder took over the team.Instead they have relied on trades and free agency to build their squad which for the most part has proved unsuccessful. Every off-season, Snyder looks to patch problems from the previous season by releasing some players and signing others. What has proven successful is developing a consistent system, then drafting college players that fit into that philosophy.
