Browns waive Hubbard, sign Smith

BEREA, Ohio (Ticker) - The Cleveland Browns on Saturday waived
wide receiver Paul Hubbard and signed wideout Steve Sanders from
the practice squad.
Hubbard was a sixth-round pick out of Wisconsin in April.
Sanders was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Browns in
2006. He has spent parts of the 2006 and 2007 seasons on the
team's practice squad.
