Buccaneers sign Carter

TAMPA, Florida (Ticker) -- The Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Tuesday
signed defensive lineman Kevin Carter.

Terms were not disclosed.

Carter, who has never missed a game in his NFL career, is
entering his 14th season, and his second with the Buccaneers. He
has played in 208 consecutive games with the St. Louis Rams,
Tennessee Titans, Miami Dolphins and Buccaneers.

Last season, Carter saw action in all 16 regular season games
with 14 starts, totaling 73 tackles and three sacks.

Carter currently ranks third among all active players with 100.5
career sacks and has recorded five or more sacks in a season 11
times in his career.
