Chiefs sign CBs Poole, Horton

KANSAS CITY, Missouri (Ticker) -- The Kansas City Chiefs added
depth to their secondary Tuesday, agreeing to terms with
cornerbacks Will Poole and Jason Horton.
Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
Poole, 26, attended the Chiefs' training camp last year but was
released prior to the start of the regular season. The West
Virginia native has not played in the NFL since 2004, when he
recorded 37 tackles as a rookie with the Miami Dolphins.
Horton, 28, spent last season with the Houston Texans but missed
the entire campaign with a broken arm. A former member of the
Canadian Football League's Toronto Argonauts, Horton has not
played in an NFL game since 2005 with the Green Bay Packers.
