Arrest made in Javon Walker case.

A suspect has been arrested in the robbery and beating case involving Oakland Raiders wide receiver Javon Walker, police said Tuesday.

A spokesman for the Las Vegas police told PA SportsTicker that Arfat Fadel was arrested Friday. Police said Fadel is suspected of multiple felonies, including kidnapping and robbery.

The spokesman also said police are looking for a second suspect.

According to police, Walker got into a vehicle with the two men in the early morning on June 16. Hours later, the 29-year-old Walker was found beaten and unconscious on a street near the Las Vegas Strip.

Walker, who signed a six-year, $55 million contract with the Raiders in the offseason, suffered a concussion and facial injuries in the incident. Walker told police he had $3,000 in cash and $100,000 in jewelry stolen from him in the robbery.

A knee injury limited Walker to just eight games with the Denver Broncos in 2007. He had just 26 catches for 287 yards without a touchdown.
