Jeff Garcia - Quarterback
Jeff Garcia - Quarterback Jeff Garcia gets no love. Former teammates call him fruity. Commentators question his abilities. The guy was an absolute stud during his five seasons in San Francisco. After two crappy seasons in Cleveland and Detroit, the Jeff Garcia-of-old reemerged in Philly last year. Garcia started in place of an injured Donovan McNabb and led the Eagles to the playoffs in 2006. He completed 116 passes for 1,309 yards with 10 touchdowns and only two interceptions. Garcia completed 61.7 percent of his passes in '06 and earned a QB rating of 95.8. Garcia's career numbers are stellar. In eight NFL seasons, Garcia has completed 1,811 passes for 20,385 yards. He has 136 touchdowns and 73 interceptions. Garica's career completion rate is 60.9 percent, and his career QB rating is 86.4. Garcia is a West Coast offense vet who will bring stability and consistency to the QB situation in Tampa.
