Jovan Haye - Defensive Lineman Jovan Haye was a sixth round pick in 2005. He spent his rookie year with the Carolina Panthers, and was with the Browns for a brief period in 2006. Haye signed with the Bucs after being released by the Browns. He earned a spot on the D-line rotation last season.
