Luke McCown - Quarterback Luke McCown was a fourth round selection in the 2004 NFL Draft. He spent only one season with the team that drafted him, the Cleveland Browns. McCown appeared in five games for the Browns, and started four contests in 2004. McCown was traded to the Bucs in April 2005. He has yet to play a game for Tampa Bay, but he will likely start the season as the team's primary backup behind new starter Jeff Garcia.
