Melvin Fowler - Offensive Lineman Melvin Fowler played three seasons in Cleveland and one in Minnesota before joining the Bills in 2006. Fowler started all 16 games at center last season for the Bills. He's the starting center on the depth chart, but Fowler can also play guard should the need arise.
