Chad Pennington - Quarterback
Chad Pennington - Quarterback Chad Pennington was the third of the Jets four total first-round draft selections in 2000, as well as the first quarterback chosen that year. Taking up the post as the Jets starter since mid-way through the 2002 season, Pennington has recorded a 21-16 total record, the highest winning percentage among starting quarterbacks in Jets history. He has battled through a torn rotator cuff injury that has plagued him through much of his career. During the short Jets postseason run in 2006, he threw for a career-high 300 yards against New England in the Wild Card Playoff Game, which they lost. Pennington has the most passing yards, completions, attempts and touchdowns in Jets postseason history.
