Rex Grossman - Quarterback
Rex Grossman - Quarterback Rex Grossman has been a target of criticism for most of his career. His performances on the field fluctuate from astoundingly excellent to shockingly abysmal. Grossman has the attitude of a leader, but his erratic play leaves much to be desired. When Grossman is on point, he looks like a Pro Bowl-caliber player. When Grossman has a bad game, he really stinks it up. If the young QB can find an equilibrium between greatness and mediocrity, he'll be viewed as a solid starter. Until he solves his consistency issues, Grossman's image as a shaky QB will endure.
