Rob Smith - Offensive Lineman Kevin Shaffer was signed as an unrestricted free agent by Cleveland in March of 2007, after originally being selected by Atlanta in the seventh round of the 2002 draft. Shaffer started all 16 games at left tackle during the 2006 season, his first with the Browns.
