 Carnell Williams - Running Back Carnell Williams made a huge impression on head coach Jon Gruden while Gruden was coaching the 2005 Senior Bowl. The Bucs took Williams with the fifth overall pick in the 2005 NFL Draft. Williams posted 1,178 yards and six touchdowns as a rookie. He was the first back in NFL history to begin his career with three straight 100-yard rushing performances. Williams was hindered by injuries last season. Cadillac averaged 4.1 yards per carry in 2005. Last season, his averaged dropped to 3.5 yards per carry.
