 Kevin Carter - Defensive Lineman Kevin Carter is entering his first season with the Bucs. The 6th overall pick in the 1995 NFL Draft spent six seasons with the Rams, four years with the titans and two seasons with Miami before signing with the Bucs this past offseason. Carter is a two-time Pro Bowler who has started 99 consecutive games. For his career, Carter has amassed 533 tackles and 97.5 sacks.
