Tim Rattay - Quarterback Tim Rattay was originally signed by the Titans as an unrestricted free agent in May of 2007. Rattay is noted as a veteran quarterback with seven seasons of play under his belt, and along with Kerry Collins, is expected to add depth to the position behind second year rookie sensation Vince Young. Rattay has spent time recently with both the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the San Francisco 49ers.
