Tom Ashworth - Offensive Lineman Tom Ashworth appeared in 16 games last season. He made six starts when RT Sean Locklear hurt his ankle. Ashworth entered the league in 2001 with the San Francisco 49ers. The Niners cut Ashworth after training camp, and he ended up on New England's practice squad. He started 30 games in four seasons with the Patriots. Ashworth signed with the Seahawks in March 2006.
